The Little Eggplant has been a dream of Cait's for years, because of the inspiration of her childhood: she grew up in a restaurant, surrounded by strong, amazing, talented women. Now Cait and her husband, Richard, are providing a full stand of all vegan/plant based food products and recipes, with something for everyone. Our popular Tomato tarts sell faster than we can make them!

We offer a range of delicious foods-fresh made pastas (including lasagna & ravioli), cultured cheeses & butters, seitan meats, seasonal tarts & quiches, wood fired pizzas, hearty & healthy soups, baked goods, and more!
